本资源是小羊罗素作者Rob Scotton的另一力作，啪嗒猫Splat the Cat系列讲的是一直非常搞笑的肥猫的故事。一共有11个音频，但是只有2本pdf绘本（期待补全）。
因为啪嗒猫Splat the Cat是一只刚上幼儿园的小黑猫，所以，啪嗒猫Splat the Cat这系列基本都在讲啪嗒猫Splat the Cat的学校生活。
啪嗒猫Splat the Cat适合做亲子共读的绘本，孩子年龄2-10岁都比较合适，有读英语绘本习惯的孩子都可以读，对于阅读能力还不太强的孩子，可以只看画面，了解故事的趣味性即可。因为他画面非常丰富，那个表情、动作还有配角等内容构成丰富的画面，无需太多的理解文字也能轻松看懂故事。
